Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 10 days of receiving your order by contacting us via:

Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued directly to the original payment card used at checkout, or an exchange will be processed as requested.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact and attached

  • Items must show no signs of wear, use, or damage

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and any applicable fees

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) returns are not accepted

  • ATYR STUDIO is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen return shipments

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked courier service for all returns

Return Timeline

  • Return requests must be made within 10 days of delivery

  • Once approved, items must be shipped back within 10 days

  • Returns shipped after this timeframe will not be accepted

Return Process

  1. Contact us within 10 days of receiving your order and specify the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Please include your Order Number.

  2. Once approved, we will send you the return address and packaging instructions.

  3. Ship the item back within 10 days of approval.

  4. Once received and inspected, your:

    Refund will be issued to your original payment method, or

    Exchange will be processed

Processing time is 2–3 business days after inspection.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

  • Accessories

  • Swimwear

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at: hello@atyrstudio.com

Include your Order Number and clear photos of the issue.

If approved, we will:

  • Replace the item at no cost

  • Cover return shipping where applicable
