All approved returns will be issued as store credit only.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition.
All original tags and packaging must be attached.
Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, customs duties, and any related charges, regardless of location. We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) returns.
ATYR STUDIO is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed parcels. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns.
Return Timeline
You have 15 days from the date your order is delivered to ship your return back to us. Returns shipped after this period will not be accepted.
Return Process
Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and specify the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange. Please include your Order Number.
Once your request is approved, we’ll send you the return shipping address along with packaging instructions.
Ship the item back within 15 days.
Once we receive and inspect the item(s), your store credit or exchange will be processed within 2–3 business days.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Sale items
Accessories
Swimwear
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order via hello@atyrstudio.com. Include your Order Number and a photo clearly showing the issue. We will replace the item at no extra cost to you and cover return shipping where applicable.
